It is very embarrassing to forget to connect so often and so easily. Twice this past week I remembered to greet the workers, companions, and angels before starting my day. I was surrounded with an enormous feeling of wellbeing. It is one of these days that I tell about in this blog.

Yesterday after a complicated process of emptying a container of kitchen scraps into the compost pile Mano asked me, two times, to tell you about my experience in this June Blog.

When I went to my computer a DVD was stuck in the drive and I could not write to tell you about my experience. I thought to wait until Gretchen, my office assistant, arrived to untangle me.

Now a day later I am getting around to telling my experience. But…It is no longer alive in me as it was when Mano asked me to write.  Thinking back, I realize it would have been better if I had written by hand. I do know how to do that.

In my recovery and healing strengthening process I walk in the yard with a walker that has a seat that serves as a shelf to hold the container full of food scraps. My compost bin is in my yard a short distance from my house. Someone had parked a truck in such a way that I could not get the scooter around it to reach the compost pile.

I looked the situation over and decided to get in the truck and back it up a couple of feet.

I climbed into the high seat and looked for the key which was no longer where we have agreed to keep it. So I climbed out of the truck and looked for another way. The left side of truck was too close to the lemon tree to get past. The right side was very close to a pile of broken clay pots in front of the huge 150-gallon water tank that now graces my front yard for fire protection. My next step was to one by one move the 30 pieces of broken pots. I then was able to get around the truck only to find it was so close to the compost bin I could not ‘dump’ the container, I had to toss it. Unfortunately I missed, with some compost going outside and some compost going inside the bin.

As I walked away, Mano said to write my blog about this experience. The point Mano wants me to remember and experience is that in addition to having a Guardian Angel, we have been given a variety of elemental beings to help make our life easy and to give them training and education working in the human world and developing friendship with a human being.

Mano says, in the beginning when I saw I had a challenge, if I had asked for my house elemental partners to help me get to the compost bin everything would have been a smooth move. I may even have found the key to the truck, or had an easier time moving the clay pieces.

Around 20 years ago, Mano started teaching me of my opportunity and responsibility to interact with the elementals assigned to work with me and learn from me. My first experience happened on the second day of digging a very deep trench to plant asparagus.  I was exhausted and sat back with a big sigh. In front of my eyes was a 12 inch gnome, with his hands on his hips saying, “you have not once asked for help.”  

After that Mano started teaching me ways to ask for help. A major one was to ask for help when I walk up stairs. There is a steep flight of stairs coming out of the Amphitheater. After the little gnomes challenge to ask for help I said out loud, “I would like help walking up these stairs. My vision changed and I saw two gnomes, one at the top of the stairs threw a rope down to the gnome behind me, he wrapped it around my waist and the gnome at the top of the stairs started pulling me up and the one behind me gently pushed as I walked up the stairs. Without a doubt it was easier to walk up the stairs, and definitely more entertaining than my usual huff and puff up the stairs. The challenge is to remember. Today I am spending a couple of days in my apartment in Capitola, California. This is a three-story building. I have been focusing on strengthening my legs by walking the stairs after every meal. I just realized that once again, “I have not once asked for help.”

I just got an e-mail from the Radiant Rose Academy, with whom I have been studying with for the past 20 years. The spiritual academy is centered in Vancouver, Canada. Akasha, Divine Mother, is in charge of it all. Weekly channeled teachings from Angels, Ascended Masters, Jesus, Mary, have daily blessed my life. A request from the angels has just been sent out for us to pray for the protection of all children everywhere. There has been so much violence and killing of children in public places. The Angels are asking for our help to help them save lives and broken hearts.

 The Angels say they are not interested in reading our minds. They want to hear our voices call on the presence of angels to pour the Flame of Divine Love to surround and protect all children everywhere.

I am very impressed that the Angels are asking for support. I have a new friend, Coleen Douglas, who has picked up nature’s call for help and is writing a book with the title, Nature Spirits Want to Talk With You—Learning to Listen to the More-Than-Human World. This leaves no question that the call is out. The question is, are we going to answer?
