Nature Communicates in Many Ways

REMINDER from Mano: Nature is always aware of your presence. We all wish that you were more aware of us. REMARKS from Barbara: Each morning as I sit with the redwood tree, I now realize that a gentle wind spirit joins me. REMEMBERING Mary Jane: The blog excerpt from 2013 shares how Mano orchestrated Mary Jane’s moving to a house next door to Julie, a woman who had learned, and was teaching people to communicate with wild flowers. All of Mary Jane’s words are written in italics. Nature Communicates…

Abiding and Communing

Mano surprised me by inviting each of us to make consistent connection with one place in nature for one month. This offers us the opportunity for our human nature to emerge and unite with one aspect of Mother Nature. The spirit of the particular place that has attracted you is waiting to connect in consciousness and love of presence.

Am I Making This Up?

“We are truly real. We are not a figment of your mind. Your mind has had to be developed and fine tuned to be able to do this work. Your mind is the instrument. We are the teachers. Please, please stay open, stay present, stay real.” – Mano to Barbara, 2001

Becoming the Woman on the Mountain

This morning, March 2019, while adventuring into writing my first blog, Mano told me the Council always wanted me to do the writing of this blog. When they saw that I was not going to do it, they went to ‘Plan B’ and asked Mary Jane to take over creating the blog in collaboration with Mano and Barbara. This allowed Mary Jane’s guiding spirits to move forward with their own guidance of her life. At the time when Mary Jane heard the message she was determined to receive, yet did not follow the guidance to go home to connect with the spirits on the land where she was living, her guiding spirits realized that their ‘Plan A’ for Mary Jane was not going to work and so they moved to ‘Plan B’ to expand her own experience of nature through collaborating on the Council of Gnomes Blog with Mano and Barbara.

Meeting the Woman on the Mountain

REMINDER from Mano: Each time you step outside and feel the fresh air, say hello to the air elementals; greet the fire elemental when you feel the warmth of the sun, and the earth and water elementals in the plants and ground under your feet. REMARKS from Barbara: As I integrate my writing style with Mary Jane’s writing I got the funny thought, my style is like mashed potatoes while Mary Jane’s style is like a lovely French soufflé. REMEMBERING Mary Jane: As I build a new story…

Mary Jane’s Final Blog

REMINDER from Mano: In a body or out of a body, life goes on forever. REMARKS from Barbara: The next blog will begin the review and reminders of earlier blogs, sharing teachings from Mano and experiences orchestrated by the Council. REMEMBERING Mary Jane: Today I share Mary Jane’s final blog. From Mary Jane: June 2018 The Arbor Day tree walk with a small group of TreeSisters (see last month’s blog), turned out to be a pivotal touchstone for me. We visited six trees in Nevada City’s downtown area.…

Living With the Spirits of the Land

A Spiritual Memoir Request from Mano: “We can no longer go on alone. We are in deep need of the nourishment we receive from interacting with the human kingdom and you are in deep need of us to sustain your lives by interacting with nature.” Barbara Thomas has, for many years, been a faithful and dedicated liaison between worlds—the worlds of angels, nature spirits, and humans. Her journey of becoming, as told in this spiritual memoir, involves an impressive number of teachers and guides, trainings and awakenings, pilgrimages…
